Applications will be vetted by Expo committee and you will be notified in writing.

Tables:

72 "x 30" Skirted tables w / 2 chairs (20 available) price: $250 each
84" x 30" Skirted tables w / 2 chairs in front entrance ( 4 available) price: $500 each

Booths:

6' x 8' Booth space at Main entrance (4 available) price: $1,500 each or
Double space (2 available) price: $3,000 each
8" x 12" Booth space opposite registration (1 available) price: $5,000 each

Exhibitors responsible for set-up and breakdown of their own display. Exhibitors responsible for their own signage, electrical cords, lighting, etc. Internet service is available in all hotel rooms but not in the exhibit hall.

Set Up:

Set up will be Thursday afternoon November 8: 2:00p.m. - 5:00p.m.
Break down will be Friday, November 9: 2:30p.m. - 4:00p.m.

Exhibition Hours:

Thursday 5:00p.m. - 8:00p.m.
Friday. 7:30a.m. - 3:00p.m.

Security:

Security will be provided overnight as required.

Information For Sponsors & Exhibitors

Exhibitors make a significant investment to attend our conference. We have scheduled our exhibit hall hours to provide exhibitors with convenient access to attendees; thus, Global Forum refreshment breaks will be exclusively held in the exhibit area.

Booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Reservations are confirmed once payment is received in full.

Registration deadline to guarantee potential inclusion in the Global Forum Exhibitor Expo is September 14, 2007.

Sale of Merchandise:

Advertising to conference attendees or hotel guests through posting fliers in common areas of the hotel or distribution of marketing materials under guest room doors is strictly forbidden. Exhibitors are responsible for paying all applicable sales taxes.

Hospitality Suites and On/Off Property Events

Hospitality suites and on/off property entertainment events are not permitted during hours when the exhibits are open or when official Global Forum programming and special events are in progress. All activities on/off site involving registered attendees must be approved in advance by Expo organizers. All requests must be made in writing to Maxine Westaway, Executive Director, TIAW, mwestaway@tiaw.org

Hospitality suites and meeting functions may be reserved only by registered meeting attendees and exhibitors with TIAW approval. Please contact Executive Director, Maxine Westaway at mwestaway@tiaw.org

The purchase of an exhibit table or booth includes two (2) Exhibit-only passes. To purchase a Global Forum registration, please use the conference registration form.
